Hi there! I'm a 38-year-old single mom raising 3 kids in the suburbs of Tulsa. I'm very active but not very careful about the foods I eat. My exercise regimen is very sporadic and not very intense.
With this project I hope to become more aware of the foods I'm eating and the amount of exercise I'm actually getting.
My weight-loss goal is 80 pounds. Today I weigh 251.2 and I am 5'6" tall. My blood pressure is high and I am lactose intolerant with IBS. I also am hypoglycemic and I'm addicted to sugar. I have been a vegetarian for almost 20 years and plan to stay that way :-)
I will post pictures of my progress as I blog, but I will also post them here for an overall glimpse.
