Hi everyone!
I am a 29 year old mom living in Florida. I am originally from Turkey and I have been living in the States for a while now. I am married with two kids. I have been a stay at home mom since my children came along. Now my son is almost 8 and my daughter is 6. I have been doing stuff from home mostly. My kids started school and now it is time to work on me after all this time. I developed horrible eating habits and I definitely did not exercise at all after my second child and this caused me to gain a lot of weight. I would love to go back to my normal size. I am 5' 7" and I weight 230 lbs. I would like to lose at least 60 - 80 lbs. I will be changing my eating habits and start to exercise daily. I met everyone online and I am hoping this project will motivate all of us along with our readers who are struggling just like us.
